Do you put photos up of your family or yourself in your house?

I do! I'm obsessed! I love walking round looking at all the good memories. I always scour the charity shops for more frames!
But I never used to, I think it was because I never had time to get photos printed but you can do it online now.
I have noticed my parents never had our photos up though. I have given framed photos to family before of us all having a nice day out, some put them up but some don't and I was wondering if I committed some kind of faux pas giving photos for other people? What would you think?
I wouldn't gift wall art because I think that's a bit off but a photo I didn't think think was the same category.

I have a school photo of each of the DC plus our wedding photo on display in our dining room.

I do have a set of three large canvass images taken by a professional studio displayed on our landing. I know these are considered tacky here but I don't care.

I struggled TTC for 10 years and on our local high st there was a photographers studio that I had to walk by regularly. I used to see the happy family photos on display and envied those people so much.
I longed to be able to have a photo like that.

After we adopted and the DC were settled we booked a session while we were away on a cruise ship. The photo we chose was of the kids climbing all over me and DH and I love it so much.

I do! I live alone, my family and DC aren't local so I adore having dozens of photos everywhere from when my DC were tiny to now they're adults. They make me so happy to look at 🤗
