To think it would be nice to get to my parents before 6pm?

When i said to my parents we'd be over Xmas eve, i did mean in the afternoon, so we could have dinner with them.

but.. courtesy of my DH who decided to go for a 3hr nap at 3pm, i'm now having to cook dinner at home, and we won't get there until 8pm at this rate.

Considering we're supposed to be having an early night, why on earth did he need a 3hr nap? Not even my 15mo naps that long, and its not like he didn't get any sleep last night!

Grr

Go without him!

I was tempted, lol, but there isn't enough room on their drive for 3 cars, lol

Well, why did you not wake the bugger up?!! or make dinner before he woke and shout him down for it?

UniversallyChallenged · 24/12/2007 19:12

you let your dh sleep on when you were meant to be going out? and you think it's all his fault?

"Wake up we are going out" just a little suggestion for next time

Emprexia · 24/12/2007 19:23

because its not just a matter of waking him up.. its waiting for him to take a shower, pack his clothes and pack the car.
