AIBU to think this over sexualised photo is just weird!

Christmas elves are magical, cheeky and apparently now “sexy” with Amanda Holden. I just find it so weird for grown women to dress up like this and kiss in this way.

That's what I hate about it. It's insulting to lesbians and straight women too. Cos let's face it, it's not aimed at women at all, is it?

Can you imagine Simon Cowell in his Rudolph swimmers, smooching with a similarly attired Piers Morgan. It just wouldn't happen because it's naff and undignified and not remotely amusing. Why do women have to do it then?

I remember Alan Sugar going mad at some women in the Apprentice trying to sell something by being titillating. How can we ever get taken seriously when someone as established as AH does this sort of rubbish.?

She's been a desperate and attention-seeking for a while. She's 50 and clinging onto youth for dear life it would seem. I'm not sure why that has to include sexualised elf pics and her by the pool in outfits most of us would have been embarrassed to be seen in at 17 due to the amount they show.

That's you told Amanda, now you're 50 you need to go and pick up your regulation cardigan and flattering one-piece with stomach ruching, there's a nice old dear.

How about we let women wear what they want and stop dictating that women over a certain age must not try and be/feel/appear sexually appealing (regardless of whether you personally think it's attractive, tasteful etc)? That's how you end up with 25 year old women cast as the lead against a 45 year old man in every bloody film made.
