to keep watching Rhydian singing "Somewhere" over and over

Honestly that is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever listened to, and his version is the best version BY FAR!

Still don't get it why he didn't win.

Do you cry everytime?
I blubbed on Sat night because it is so beautiful and one of my faves.
I also cried the first time he sang it. I am sooooo soft

YANU. It is a beautiful song and he does add something to it. I cry when I hear it in the film too.

Not unreasonable, crazy perhaps, but unreasonable, no!!

He didn't win because he wasn't "poppy" enough, and came across as a bit arrogant.

He will have done well out of it anyway.

Poor ds has to listen to me singing it all the time as well.

heard on the news today ther is some big furore about the phone voting on saturday, lots of complaints as people couldn't get through to vote for Rhydian?

For me it's Rhydian singing 'Oh Holy Night' - my fav xmas song anyway but Rhydian's version was incredible. Can you download his versions anywhere? Dh deleted the show from our sky+ box so I can't listen anymore

His "You raise me up" (first time round) was amaaazing. I was genuinely upset he didn't win as I was so looking forward to hearing his album.

can i also say you are giving too much credit to releasing a record. he will be massive on the stage/west end/broadway, but becuase he wont be on the telly too much, folks dont think he is 'as successful'

Would it be unreasonable of me to say that, although I think Rhydian should have won and he has a beautiful voice, that rendition of You Raise Me Up was far too breathy. He didn't seem capable of singing one line in one breath. Surely someone needs to work on his breathing or am I missing some point here about his presentation?

it was you raise me up that did it for me.

he will release an album without a doubt. Lee mead did and he's in one of Lloyd webber's productions - so even if Rhyd does end up on stage he will have chart success as well IMO.

And ofcom had 82 complaints apparently - not really enough to warrant sky news crying fix .
