It is only a week until Christmas, so it's almost Christmas, practically there already, I mean why not, I need firm concrete reasons why this is unreasonable. The fact that once it's opened I will drink it all before Christmas has already been considered and discounted!

uh oh. That's how it starts.......

Bouncingturtlewithtinsel · 18/12/2007 20:04

Yes of course YANBU - what if it was off? Then you would have to run around busy shops to buy another bottle to replace it. You are very wise, KBear.

Can I have a sip? Best to get a 2nd opionion on these things you know.

MrsWeasleysmagicmincepies · 18/12/2007 20:05

Its sad to drink alone, so I'll join you.

gemmiegoatlegs · 18/12/2007 20:06

do you think I should maybe check the Dooley's too? One can't be too careful

Bridie3 · 18/12/2007 20:06

Darling, you owe it to your friends and family to make sure that bottle's in perfect condition. I'm sorry, but there you go.

KbearingGiftsWeTraverseAfar · 18/12/2007 20:28

MN has spoken. Who could argue?

I was just looking for a little nip for my coffee myself! I've only got Gran Marnier though, so I nicked a splash of DH's best Scotch instead! Shh - don't tell!

MaureenMLovesmincepies · 18/12/2007 22:57

Bridie, your right she does owe it to her friends. Sadly if she starts it now, there'll be none left when her friends arrive for pre-christmas drinks on saturday night!

KbearingGiftsWeTraverseAfar · 18/12/2007 23:19

I will save you half a glass each Maureen.

Hey, got me new bins today! Am looking gorgeous with new (free) haircut and new bins.

I have also been invited out Friday by my hairdresser. Affinity.
