Nothing to do with the vile Trump creature, but why has "on" changed to "under" recently? We used to give evidence on oath, now people give evidence under oath; we used to do things on someone's advice, now apparently we do them under their advice. (Well, Scots people sometimes took things under advisement, but I think that was a specialist term.)
Or has this been going on forever and I only just noticed?
