I've basically come for a rant, but I've got a three month old DD going through a sleep regression and the sodding things keep going off outside. It's the 6th and firework night is over!!! AngryAngry

We didn’t hear any late fireworks on Diwali or Nov 5th. Wouldn’t have minded as would have expected it.

But some fucker has decided to start them now on a Sunday night at 9.45pm.

The problem isn’t Diwali or Nov 5th or NYE etc.
The problem is there will always be idiots who can’t be trusted to behave in a reasonable and rational manner.
Allowing the sale of fireworks just adds another arrow to their already full bow of fuckwit irritations.

Have had them for five nights now. Posh people over the road in middle of town didn't bother to let any neighbours know. I am not mad so had curtains drawn, music on. But these were fierce fireworks. Had to take dog for a pee and he slipped his (tight) collar with a loud bang and ran off. Found half an hour later thankfully.

Whatever the celebration they shouldn't be going off at 2 am which is what happened here last night. I had to go to an all day conference today.
