gltc have even run out of farking JIGSAWS, for chrissakes. How RUBBISH is their stock management to run out of something so dull and not-in-demand? It's not exactly A FULLY FUNCTIONING LIFE-SIZED JOHN SIMM DOLL, is it?

pukkapatch · 09/12/2007 23:58

exactly. youd think that at there busiest timeof year, they might have someidea of what there supply needs to be like.
but i cant get the effing gltc site to load for me. as soon as i try to log on, it refuses torecognise me.

All dd wants for christmas is a pink car from ELC. Not on their website (and hasn't been for weeks) and not at any store within about 30 miles of where I live. I could drive around 50 miles to where they say they have one, but frankly I would rather spend the time searching out an alternative for dd than give them my money to reward their poor stock control.

Glad I have that off my chest now!

Watch for the ones with the moving delivery dates as well, we got caught out last year with play, when they kept saying, in stock on on the 1st/7th etc, the date eventually moved past xmas and we knew bil's present wasn't getting to him on time

TwinklyfLightAttendant · 10/12/2007 09:07

...did someone mention John Simm?

LoveAngelGabriel · 10/12/2007 09:13

GLTC let me order (ie. PAY FOR) a load of art stuff for DS - then emailed me to say it wasn't in stock. FFS.

pukkapatch · 10/12/2007 10:02

so what do these companies think they are doing then?
