To have taken out of date night nurse ??!

Just swigged it down to try to help me sleep with sore throat and chest but it's out of date by 6 months. What's going to happen? I thought it tasted like Holland and Barrett and then checked the date. Maybe it's gone neutral ....

Not sure what flavour Holland and Barrett is but confident you’ll be fine. It’ll probably still work as medicine too.

Like I imagine the smell of h and b, or any health food shop would taste ! Kind of herby and woody!

Nothing. The worst case scenrio is that it won't work as well. Thats about it.

I had some out of date throat lozenges earlier. DH told me not to take them. I have a really sore throat and Covid, what's the worse that can happen.
I've still got the sore throat.

Hah..I posted a thread last year asking about an out of date night nurse capsule from a pack that had been open in my bag I was fine. Take it!

Well I'm fine! Still got awful sore throat but I at least got some sleep so there you go.
Next stop will be (no doubt) out of date Strepsils too. I HATE the sore throat thing. Not that anyone likes it, just that you'd think there'd be a way to treat it which is effective. I'd forgotten what it's like as not been poorly in so long

Get some of the numbing spray for your throat. It's surprisingly effective.

And omg yes it really DOES taste like Holland and Barrett's 😂😂😂

I drank night nurse but then it says on the bottle to not drink a month after opening the bottle I have had it already for a while is it safe
