given you apparently follow me everywhere to find what I’m doing

Oh that's right. I post on a thread you've started and that's me 'following you everywhere'. Once again, do try & keep up with how a forum works. 🙄

@BoredZelda

Only if you've been under a rock for the past few years & missing this term used to describe over-sized clothing very frequently.

Well done for repeating what everyone else has said and which I have acknowledged. Anything new to add?

And again, posters can post what they choose - you're not the moderator around what they can say or not, regardless of whether others have said it.

I love how you say things like this, completely oblivious to the irony. You are so funny!

Is it just me or does it seem that some people on here could start an argument in an empty room?

When I was 14 in the 1980s I asked my mum to order me a particular top from her catalogue. It was called a “grandad shirt”. It was a long-sleeved t-shirt material with three buttons at the neck, like an old vest. But they were known as “grandad shirts”, nothing to do with only being for grandads.

Boyfriend cardigans were fashionable in the late 60s, early 70s, when i were but a lass.Grin

I was at high school in the late 80's, early 90's and the most fashionable thing to wear with uniform was a charcoal grey men's lambs wool cardigan from M&S, known as a 'boyfriend cardigan'.

This! I lived in them! I had several colours and the M&S men’s lambswool round neck jumpers too. All oversized!
Actually, come to think of it, I’ve never stopped wearing oversized cardigans! 😬
