posted on Monday to have arrived by today. How long do I leave it before following it up (still have receipt) ?

You don't live in Hampshire do you? Our mail is terrible. it took 2 weeks for mail posted beginning of november to turn up. My Tesco vouchers were issued to me and got lost in post. Were re-issued and still ahven't arrived. My MIL posted a parcel to me by parcelforce a week past Monday it hasn't tunred up.
The posties then wonder why not many people support the strikes

I hope you're right southeastastra. It was posted at our local village po and heading to Lincolnshire. Sadly it's missed our nephew's 1st b'day

I have had 5 PARCELS turn up late in the last month. By late I mean 3 or 4 weeks late despite being sent first class.

Dp also had a recorded delivery parcel turn up 15 days late.

Am truly pissed off with RM beyond anything. Why do we have such a shite post system. Also 2 items lost during the strike

I had birthday card posted during the strike which still ahven't turned up. I am going to phone RM today and complain, its not good enough, if we pay money to post a parcel tehn it should be dlelivered

I think it is 11 working days before they will do anything.

I had an email on Tuesday asking if I had anything exciting in the post - mystery package still hasn't arrived and I am now going insane wanting to know what it is!!!

YABU - beacuse you are expecting RM to not be utterly shite. Which they are.
You have my sympathies.
I had a look on RM's website - bloody lot of use this is and it is 15 working days
