AIBU to think there's something very weird going on with the fuel "shortages"!
Big caveat- I'm not a conspiracy theorist but it's so bad where we are (Just inside M25) that many people I know won't be able to get to work this week. Garages have queues which are blocking all main routes and they're not even open! Is this a novel way of ensuring that we all "STAY AT HOME" ?!

Well I’d be interested to hear from somebody with knowledge of refineries/petro-chemical industry on the claim that this is a cunning plan to get rid of petrol that’s going out of date……

I thought these days it was a case of hold the stuff as crude, which AFAIK is relatively long lasting and refine almost as needed/deliver JIT with only a week or two’s stock of petrol actually held at the refinery in reserve.

It's fine, it's just conspiracy theories. All kinds of mysterious crap is being peddled out there, but people are always short on details funnily enough.

The only thing that is worth worrying about is another financial crash, like 2008, possibly worse. This is on the horizon. The government are incompetent and likely to mishandle another financial crisis.

I know there are so many conspiracies around and I have a friend who is the same too : it's all for the ' big reset ' etc She is convinced !
I don't want to dismiss it out of hand but sometimes it can make you think too especially as so many people do believe it.

There is a reset going on and there has been for years. There used to be massive disparity in earnings and wealth between countries which is now evening up. It's not a conspiracy, it's globalisation.

However, I wouldn't put it past some plutocratic disaster capitalists influencing events to make things go their way. Some of them have large media interests. The super rich have mostly got massively richer in the last 12 months.

Another banking crash would be a complete disaster as they can't carry on printing money as they did for covid or bail out the banks again.
I dread to think what would happen there.

My post was not intended to cause worry. I just sometimes find people lack of foresight alarming.

Conspiracy theorist is a term used to silence people in the same way that the word racist or homophobic is used. Its up to each individual to look into things further because what your presented with will very rarely be the absolute truth. Remember, History is told from the winners side...

As i stated its up to you if you want to believe me or not. Iv been out of the game as it were for almost 12 years but i still know how that game is played.
The economy has crashed and fiat currency is finished. Governments are playing for time to move everyone onto cbdc (central bank digital currencies) This is already open knowledge, Just google it.
Long story short this is the biggest shift in power and wealth ever. CBDC will give governments the ability to control everything, and i mean everything you do.
A crude term would be neo-feudalism.

The priming is giving you the frighteners over shortages. Some will be real some just fear mongering. A scared population is easier to control. They hope to get almost everyone to the point where they will accept anything to feel safe. You only need to look at how people have reacted to the last 18 months of restrictions to see how well this system works.

There was never going to be a return to normal because there is no money left. Can you imagine the reaction from the general population if the governments of the world just said "Thats it, the money is gone. Pensions and all"
Im not telling you what you should believe. The whole point of me saying this is so you look for yourself. The information is out there. What you do with that information is up to you. I have family members who wont listen to me despite them knowing what i did for a living. Some people just dont want to see it.

Look up Catherine Austin Fitts. She talks about the American system but exactly the same thing is going on all over the world. I know because iv seen it up close and personal!

The great reset isn't a myth you can go to the world economic forum and read all bout it yourself. Its not hidden its there in plain sight like the people you call conspiracy theorists tell you and itd your choice to go look but you just rather brush it off.

If you read what they want for the future it would scare you, you will own nothing! That is their vision. Own a home? Well you won't in their future....think I'm making it up, then how come sBlsckrock and Lloyd's bank are buying up housing and becoming private landlords? Why has Bull Gates been buying up farming land all over America. Private people won't own anything, corporations or a small number of the rich and elite will.

I do not think they want us to stay at home, at all, but I think there is an element of trying to gorce a change in the hauliers job, whether is to make it easier for UK hauliers to work and make it worthy for them, or bring back EU hauliers. Also, getting the fuel price back to sky high, as it was a few years back.
