Come home from school run to someone parked on my private parking.

I've blocked them in as there's nowhere else for me to park and left a note to say I next plan to move my car tomorrow AM.

Cheeky fucker hasn't returned yet.

It’s only a civil matter if someone parks on your drive. It’s not criminal.

If they were to park on double yellow lines they would be open to fines etc.
