Exh had a Dutch colleague named Ruud Kok. Which apparently in Dutch is a completely normal name.

Worked with Dr Rough - who wasn't and Dr Earwicker - pronounced Erica
At school Benjamin Downe who got fed up with the teasing and eventually used his middle name instead. Also Christopher Peter Bacon.

I used to deal with a woman called Emma Royds and a man called Rodney Bastard. Thinking he'd probably pronounce it B'stard, like Rik Mayall in The New Statesman, I said it that way the first time talked to him. "No, it's Bastard," he said. A man who happily owned his name. I think the fact that his first name was Rodney made it funnier.

There was also a client called Mr D'eath but I never got to speak with him.
