A Vodafone door to door salesman was doing the rounds on our road earlier with the latest offers that aren't available online apparently... anyway he left his business card and when I saw his name I had to LOL as it was Robin Crowe! His family must love bird names

Also knew a biology teacher named Mr Overy (yes, I know spelling is different, but pronounced the same).

An ex's boss was called John Thomas.
I always felt sorry for Austin Healey - apparently his parents did it deliberately.
And I worked with an A Pratt - another "did his parents realise what they were doing?" effort.

My husband knew a girl called Hazel who married a man with the surname Nutt...

Also there was a baker at my previous place of employment called Mr Eatwell

Visiting my parents grave, my DS noticed a new gravestone in the row in front which had the name Joe King engraved on the back of it. We went around the front and sure enough it was the grave of Joseph King with an epitaph which clearly showed he had embraced his name in life.

My friend went to an all girl school where the music teacher was called Mr Millest. Pronounced as MOLEST.

How funny - we were only talking about them at work last week (solicitors). I dealt with them a lot in the 90s and we had a great working relationship.

There was a jockey called Peter Enis, which lead to various racecards being printed with P.ENIS as the jockey.

There was a kid at my school called Andrew A. Andrews who was always being pestered to reveal his middle name. Turned out it was Andy!

I can absolutely vouch for mine - I worked for him!

I used to work for a Credit Union and I kid you not, the Co-op banks Money Laundering Officer was called Nick Money.
