to be so tired I could cry

I have been up all night with ill DD who is off school today too .
Dp had a drink last night so was bang out all night then he has sat on the sofa all day nodding off whilst I looked after 3 dd .
Now he is off to work and I have to feed bathe and entertain 5 dc grrrrrrrrrrrrrr I'm knackered

i remember doing exactly that on the way to work one day. (pre-baby)

I am sooooooo knackered too. My 2 yo hasn't slept properly in ages and guaranteed he will wake up at least 3 times in the night.

To make matters worse I have had a persistent cough for the last week or so & as soon as I lay down I start.

You have my sympathies.

Tiredness makes me weepy too.

God poor you - why did you let DP sit on the sofa all day?. I'd have given specific chores to do to help ( you know how they like to be 'managed') and to make sure he shares in the full time job of looking after 3!. You are a star - and permission granted to cry!
