DS' school just called up to tell me 'just to let you know that DS has been bitten on the arm"

so teacher then sticks up for DS telling me he's not like that

I know he's not like that, he's patently placid and sweet .. I just tend to self-deprecation and inappropriate humour

(oh and she said 'xxx' has been bitten, no not xxx, yyy was bitten ... wrong to assume xxx might have been the biter ?)

possibly- do you know this other child? do they have a bad reputation for bad behaviour? if not she may have just said the wrong name by pure accident.....

would not surprise me if xxx was the culprit as xxx is a PITA of the highest calibre .. shame I like his mother so much tbh

twig he is 6 - you don't need to assume about who has bitten him, you just need to be patient until 3.30 when he will obviously tell you. DD used to tell me about biting incidents before she was 2. Fortunately it is ages since she has been bitten. Are you going to come back and tell us all the gory details post the school run?

Possibly the PITA has been bitten too (for being a PITA prob), and DS caught collateral damage?

awww PITA's mum was very embarrassed when I bumped into her this week and very apologetic which of course I brushed aside

invited them in for coffee and a short play .. she couldn't though

both children really peeved that they couldn't play

so one second biter and bitee, next moment best friends

such is the way
