Christ that’s bloody cheap for a place with such character. I’d have thought Chester was significantly more expensive but then I live ‘darn sarf’

It's cheap because of where it is. It's very central but not the nice side of town. It's 5 minutes from the park but close to the ring road and some less than lovely pubs.

Its probably quite big without all that stuff! I know Lawrence Llewelyn Bowen recently said maximalistism is in but I didn't believe him.... It's very claustrophobic. Someone said looks cheap, maybe but I bet it cost a lot esp the drapes. I'm surprised if that was a quick sale but might be as its in a mews?
