Loads of people on social media calling for Ben's (defence secretary) resignation over pen farthing and his operation ark.

I think ben and his department have suddenly been thrust into a highly volatile and constantly changing dangerous situation in which he has to make decisions for the good of the most amount of people possible. I also think that the insistence on evacuating hundreds of animals will undoubtedly have taken resources away from getting people out of Afghanistan and prevented human lives from being saved. I don't think that calling for ben's resignation over some animals not being able to be evacuated is reasonable at all. Or have i missed something?

I think it’s appalling that ex director of an arms dealing company, Ben Wallace, seeks to shift the blame for his own government’s incompetence, onto a passionate charity worker.

I just wish that pen would help raise some awareness for Charlotte.

i read yesterday pen's staff were going to america anyway, is that true?

For all the vitriol being directed at Biden, the US and U.K. government and Pen Farthing let us not forget who is the cause of this.

Put the blame where it belongs. On a group of people who are hell bent to twist words of a book written 1500 years ago to suit their own agenda

The foot soldiers I presume are telling themselves they are doing Gods work and will be rewarded in heaven but they are the young and gullible who have been groomed to think their sense of entitlement is justified and it sets them apart in a position of power to the point where anyone or anything that might not fit into or challenge their rhetoric including singers, mothers, newborn babies, and dogs should be tortured and destroyed because they haven’t the critical thinking to think for themselves and question whether what or why they are doing something.
I am sure the power is a rush as in their previous life they could never have dreamed that they could be holding a gun or a knife and deciding peoples fates.
Really though it is a false a sense of power as those in charge are the ones in the presidential palace and not in the crowds with explosives strapped to their body.
