Emergency spiritual help needed!

We are moving house. This house has a 'presence'. It is not a happy presence. And we would rather not move house with it!

Have already had a priest round to bless the house which helped.

But it's still not gone. The presence not the priest. He went after a cup of tea and a biscuit.

Removal men commented they could 'feel' the presence too.

So. Any ideas?

Any leaving the house ceremony type thing from another culture we could borrow?

We are white British Christian background. So open to any ideas! Thanks

i have some ideas, but i'm Pagan/A Witch, and it depends if you'd be comfortable trying them.

The simplest, is to open all the doors and windows, and burn a little sage (please don't use white sage though) in each room, and politely ask them to leave.

The second is a meditative visualisation of everything in the house being filled with white light/peace and gently push it out from the center of the house, bidding everything to go with, then bless each room again.

The third, is the offchance this isn't a ghost, but something else, is to leave a couple of offerings of milk and a sweet/some candy on the side and outloud, politely ask them to behave and that you're of no threat to them.

Can I ask why not white sage? My Mum's a Pagan so I picked up bits from her, and I always cleanse places with the white stuff.

Oh I love these threads and the appearance of the people who somehow know everything that will ever be discovered so can categorically state what exists and what doesn’t. Rather than wasting time on such threads it would be wonderful if they could apply their absolute knowledge to telling us the cure for cancer,
How to solve poverty, how to save the planet. What a waste of that all knowing power to comment on someone’s ghost.

I’m sure many will leave their dearly held belief system because some closed minded keyboard warrior says so😂😂😂😀.

Burn some sage

The previous occupants of my flat left very bad vibes for all sorts of nasty reasons - holes in the walls, unhelpful behaviour, leaving dodgy literature taking all the light bulbs, - I did a smudge with a sage smudge stick when I moved in

i dont necessarily believe in 'ghosts' persay, but i do think deaths/trauma can leave a holdover of residual energy/aura .. so doing a cleanse/smudging can clear out the old, and allow new to flow in.

I really don't care if people think i'm nuts, i know enough people who agree with me to ignore the sceptics.

I’m pagan, and I’m with emotionalsupportbear. That said we’ve lived with the residents in our 200 year old house for 15 years now. I’ve tried everything, they won’t go. But I don’t think spirit will follow you - unless you have reason to think it might ?
