Or, "why would/wouldn't I?" When someone has just asked if they do something, and lots of people have given plausible reasons why someone might, or why they're worried about doing/not doing whatever it is. Someone simply responding 'why would I?' seems so dismissive of the rest of the thread.

Another one who can't stand 'no...?' I honestly don't know how people can bring themselves to say it.

And I know we are talking endings here, but I absolutely loathe it when people begin a sentence with, 'Look...' People at my work do it all the time and it's always an indication that they are about to say something definitive that shuts a discussion down but is almost certainly based on no knowledge whatsoever.

The "I'll wait" thing is massively annoying. I see stupid posts on Facebook like "who will go out without makeup.....I'll wait"

I'm tempted to add "what for Christmas".
