The video shop - ahh the days of a walk to the video shop, peruse the same old films, pick one, pick a choc bar (just one small bar) and home to the betamax machine!!
Channels 1 to 4 - So many less arguments when quite simply there was only ever one thing to watch!

@TracyBeakerSoYeah I don't go to McDonalds much with being veggie but I loved their rootbeer. Nearest I've found is in Sainsbury's but its just not the same. Always reminds me of bazooka tattoos and germaline.

But yes most of all to EU membership. I’d give so much to have that back.
And most of all a sense that ordinary decency is an everyday expectation in the UK. Most people remain lovely, but the state is rotten at its heart.

The proper selection boxes you used to get at Xmas, loads of different chocolate bars in them not like the shitty ones you get these days, I loved the stocking type ones and sometimes you used to get a Christmas cassette in them if you were lucky, I used to listen to them on my walk man . Im sure I still have a Mars Christmas cassette kicking around my parents house somewhere. It brings back happy memories of being a kid in the early 90s.
