To think it’s getting harder to sell things

I do give a lot away but it seems anything I try to sell never does. I’m currently selling a new packet of Disney baby grows for £3.50 less then what I paid for them yet no interest.

Have you listed on specialist Facebook selling pages, not just marketplace? I find those pages are much better for selling. But tbh, you have very little chance of selling anything smaller than 6-9mo clothes because people like brand new things for their tiny babies. It's once they've got a little bit older that you realise just how much crap they need (and how quickly they outgrow it!!).

I've started buying secondhand baby clothes (maxomarra, frugi, duns, etc.) on FB for my baby to wear to nursery. If it's going to get mucky anyway I'd rather not buy new, and I'd rather spend the same amount on decent good quality clothes (that I can probably sell on as playwear when we're finished with them) rather than cheap clothes which will probably go in the bin. But you won't usually find that clientele on marketplace - you need to hunt around for selling groups.
