For me it would be music apps and probably reminders, I tend to forget everything. I'm fine having no access to messengers for several days which was a surprise for me when I found out. What about you?

Google Keep. Dh and I have it synced and everything is in there, shooing lists, info about car tax/insurance, house stuff, recipes, to do lists, when we bought certain appliances, to do lists, when the boiler was last serviced etc etc.
It's great having everything in one place. I don't know what I'd do without it now.

@vjg13

Can anyone recommend free guided meditation or relaxation apps please.
@vig13:

Headspace is really good… there is a subscription fee but I think it’s worth it, and I say that as a new convert with a new need for calmness (very bad medical diagnosis) and the ability to clear my head and something to help me sleep. I think it’s fab… others I know have recommended Calm.

Thanks PuppyFeet, I'm 10 days on from a life changing event and am surviving on 3 hours sleep a night. I find guided breathing type techniques really helpful. I hope you find some inner calm too. Smile

Balance is a good meditation app, with specific audio for sleeping, etc. I think it still has a year's free trial.
