To have second wedding at same venue as my first?

I’d love to know peoples opinions on this.

I’m getting married for the second time next year. We’re having around 20-30 people. I’ve spent months searching and the place I had my first wedding reception seems like the nicest place to host a small wedding in my area.

Would you think it’s weird for me to have my second marriage at the same place as I had my first? Albeit 10 years later....

I think it’s a bit odd…although my uncle not only had the same venue for his second wedding but also married a women with the same name as his first wife…anything less than that is normal surely

The only place I'd say this isn't strange is if its the local registry office.

I git married in the local register office. Three times. And no it wasn't weird.

If your first husband is still living I would find it odd. If you were a widow it would be a little more understandable.
