A person on Youtube says they're not allowed to give details of what Gove's been upto yet, but he's been upto all sorts. Some people must have a weird idea of what's attractive is all I can say.

This'll seem hypocritical given my last comment, but the person was having a go at Sarah Vine's physical appearance and saying whatever Gove's been up to is unsurprising or something. That seems a bit mean to me if she's been a victim of someone being unfaithful.
