I will, but it means driving all the way to bluewater and facing the christmas crowds - my greatest fear!

call the shops head office (get it from 118118 or the shop itself)..explain that you bought it from bluewater and you dont live near by and they may do it by post.Depending on what shop it is I am sure if it is an expensive one they will have a customer service dept who will help either way.
