I’ll start! Miso soup (from the jar, sachets are rubbish) with very finely sliced asparagus and spring onions. Takes 2 minutes and kills a salty food craving 🍜

And I personally keep away from low fat and sugar free stuff except occasional 10cal jelly. They make me hungry? So full fat yogurt etc. Just lesz

I am following a very low calorie diet, and have found vegetable bouillon to be worth its weight in gold. It's basically posh veg stock in powdered form, which you add to hot water to make a satisfying drink. It's basically like a cup-a-soup for 12 calories.
You can buy it from Tesco, Holland & Barrett, etc.

0% Greek yogurt and berries with a drizzle of honey when I fancy something sweet.
Ryvita or veg sticks with hummus
