As above, my boss writes email headers/subject line in capitals.

Every single email.

Small annoyance but I can’t tell him...

Yes, I also hate it when subject lines ARE ALL IN CAPITALS. I mean, why do it?

And a PP commented about the lack of salutations but I’m one step behind even that. I get emails with no opening at all. Like an email sent to three people that only says “I think it’s best to rework the spreadsheet to include a third category for sales figures.” No greeting, no sign off, just a thought in their mind. What do we do with that? Are you speaking to me? Are we discussing this change? Do we ignore?

I’ve taken to ignoring.

My landlord would reply to the letting agent with “yes”. Lols. Some people have lost the art form or communication....
