In bed, waiting for results of a covid test and feel horrid.
I want to watch a film (I have Netflix) Smile I want something from the 70s as it’s my favourite decade.
Sadly I wasn’t able to experience it (I’m 38) Grin
Could I get some film recommendations? I never watch films it’s mostly tv shows. Never seen any of the classics either. Smile

He was absolutely compelling.

I did some Googling about the real Sonny - he was actually sanitised for the film! What a strange individual. And poor old Sal was only 18 in real life 🙁

I’ve decided to do a 70s Movie Night every Saturday now. Bloody love them.

Phoebesgift · 06/06/2021 02:10

What about Carrie or The Omen?

Smurfsarethefuture · 06/06/2021 10:35

@LunaNorth

We should set up a 70s film club on here.

We make a list of films, watch them every Saturday night in date order and then come back on here afterwards for post film analysis.

But like Tim Burgess Listening Parties

On a Clear Day You Can See Forever

I’ve always loved this one. Very quirky and you have to like Barbra Streisand.

AndeanMountainCat · 06/06/2021 14:09

Bananas
Sleeper
Love and Death
Annie Hall
Life of Brian
Rocky Horror Picture Show
Star Wars
Grease

My tastes are very highbrow.
