Legally Blonde - it's probably my favourite movie ever and I don't tire of it.

When we flew to the US in 2018 there were tonnes of new films on the entertainment system and DH was baffled that I watched Legally Blonde for the 400th time

It is very uplifting and well acted.
The full Monty is funny.

Mentions of Field of Dreams made me think of another great and feel good baseball movie, Bull Durham.

I also like Central Intelligence. Very funny and the Rock is so sweet in it. Wonderful chemistry with Kevin Hart.

Legally Blonde might be my all time favorite feel good movie.

I don't think Billy Elliot has been mentioned. That's a good one for sure; the ending is one of the best feel good endings of all time.

Sound of Music doesn't quite fit the brief (I start choking up on the first rendition of Edelweiss...) but it's quite cathartic

ooh, mention of Working Girl (seconded, btw) reminds me of 9 To 5

Baby Boom is another good, 'NYC in the 1980s, $$$, high-flying businesswoman film sticking it to the suits' type watch.

And Sam Shepherd is super sexy in it.
