For me it is the habit of drinking out of bottles. Everywhere you go people are swigging out of bottles. Had a bank appointment and even Manager was drinking out of a bottle. Agh I must be getting old. Give me a glass any time.

Like OP swigging water out of bottles all the time, especially when they are doing it every 5 seconds in meetings making loud sucking noises.
I've often fantasised about shouting, PLEASE SHUT THE FUCK UP, it's just a fantasy but can you just imagine everyones faces
I attended a meeting once where someone crunched an apple slowly for about 10 minutes during a talk, it wasn't even cut up into small pieces, it was a whole one.

The one that springs to mind is offering someone "a cuppa" 😑

Just so you know, the adults are not actually talking in a baby/kid voice. They are lip syncing to the kid voices which are recorded separately and then dubbed over the ad.

aks instead of ask. I believe this was used as a standard form of ask. But by the 16th (if I remember rightly) century, ask was predominantly used. However aks was still used by less educated people, including black slaves. It is still used widely amongst black people today. It's something I looked up a while ago as we've always used aks as a black working class family.

I absolutely HATE it, and if I have to witness it, I have to concentrate very hard on something else so that I am thoroughly distracted.
Also, on a similar note, knowing that someone is drinking half cold tea.
My major hate is hot food served on a cold plate. If food is served to me any less than practically sizzling on the plate, then I either reject it (possibly feigning illness to spare the chefs feelings) or stick it in the mic’ to give it a burst of heat for a minute.
I know it sounds really ridiculous, but it makes me shudder at best, or want to vomit at worst.
