Anyone who receives LCWRA and how often you have had a review. Will give them a call tomorrow and enquire.
Unexpectedly been awarded LCWRA.. I was sectioned when my form was due back, i called them and was passed to a different department and explained why I had been sectioned and couldn't return the forms In time. They took info of the unit I was at and my GP Info.
I was told it was fine and that when I'm well enough I can send them in then.
Well I was discharged recently and decided to just leave it for a while until I felt well enough and gather all info and apply again.
Suprised to see on my UC Online yesturday a letter that i have been awarded LCWRA.
My first sick note I submitted was 4th March. I no it isn't payed until the 4th month.
So I'm guessing that they spoke either to the the unit or my GP to confirm this.
I almost feel like this is too good to be true! So I'm guessing i won't need to send any info at this point and wait until I get a reassessment.
How often are these? I read it can be anywhere from 3 months on, can they tell me when a reassessment be made or i just wait and see.
