So just found this on my spare room floor..
I think its a little tube to store coke in. It has a white powder in.
Has anyone seen this before?
Not mine obviously.

Want to know before I say something..

It's definitely not a penguin bollard - the OP has repeatedly confirmed that it's a hole free covid tube full of glittery talcum powder.

Also the problem with penguin bollards is they are much harder to shove up your arse when the police knock at the door.
