Since we switched to them on the 12th of Sept ,we have had nothing but hassle.
Our phone has been cut off twice ,then our phonenumber was changed twice so no one could contact us for three days ,the second time they did this we got an elderly ladies number and she got ours ,all our calls were going to her and she was ringing us up trying to get us to sort talk talk out for her as she couldn't work out how to do it.
After all the incovienience they wiped our bill completley ,then still went for the money leaving us with bank charges.
Today we get a phonecall asking us why we haven't paid the bill and denying any knowledge of wiping bill ,even though we have given them the names of the ppl who wiped it.
So after an hour on the phone to them on DP's only day off been passed from dept to dept and having to explain the problem repeatedly we started putting them on hold and playing music to them and passing them
to diffrent dept (me and DP).
I understand they are doing their job but they are driving me mad and today I think I finally flipped .Sorry for the rant .
