To be pissed off that parks are closed?

AIBU to think this is not on?

I have complied with rules but despite some restrictions being lifted there still isn’t much on, and waking the streets is really no fun.

Why do people do it? Who do they think is going to clean them up?

It's truly bizarre - they go to the bother of picking up their dog poo, and then hang it.

Maybe they're conscious that people will have a go at them if they don't pick up after their dog, but as soon as they think they can't be seen they chuck it in a bush?

Maybe they don't like carrying it, and continue their walk, telling themselves they'll collect it on the way back?
