What's one overdone thing that is popular now but everyone will embarrassed by in 5 years time?

Lip liner that goes over the top of cupid's bow

Eyebrows that look like caterpillars
Fake tan
Lip filler
'Sculpting' makeup

God yes performative wokery and lip fillers are at the top of the list.

But I moved into a house in 2009 that had trendy grey walls and I thought it was a bit passe even then. It just got worse! I think it will last 50 years or something and be looked back on by future design historians with bafflement.

Men wanting to be in women's single sex spaces.

I had a kitchen with grey doors in 2007. (Not our choice - it was the builders). Everyone said to us it would never be a popular colour...

Commenting “U tho 😍” when someone gives you a compliment on social media (to literally everyone who comments).

Really hope the pouting photos die a death soon. So fed up of seeing group photos where everyone is looking serious or pouting and obviously thinking it makes them look more attractive. Really miss the natural smiling photos of old.
