Shoulder Injury

I fell off my horse on the beach this morning (my !are and my friends gelding span round as we were leaving the beach due to a hand glider suddenly appearing from the sand dunes- although it was only me that came off).
I landed quite heavily on my hip and shoulder, but luckily missed a wall. I'm more than likely going to have a bruised hip in the morning, and my shoulder has been hurting since it happened.
However, AIBU to think that given that I managed to now the lawn this afternoon, and can lift both arms up to wash my hair, that I haven't done any serious damage? My collarbone is definitely still intact, and when I press round my shoulder, it feels like a deep bruise rather than any sharp pain.
I'm reluctant to go to A and E unless t here's any serious damage, as they've got enough to deal with at the moment!

Sounds like a painful bruise. Keep an eye on it - if it’s not a serious injury it should start to feel better over the next few days. If it gets worse or shows no improvement, speak to your GP. Hope you feel better soon!

Thank you 😊! It definitely feels a lot better this morning, just achy when I'm putting my clothes on. I might end up regretting doing weeding today later though 😂😂!
