Has anyone tried this and does it work? I joined fb dating and tried it on someone's photo and lots of unconnected stuff came up

It depends how common a picture is. I've found it good where the exact same picture is used in several places (ideal for cheating in the image round during a pub quiz) but not much use in searching for faces, unless the person is very well known.

Do you mean you think the photo this person has used is a stock photo and not a photo of them?
