Hi All,

NC in case outing.

In my opinion it was completely reasonable. Everyone I know thought so apart from a few people who didn't but they are mistaken for various reasons I can't get into at the moment (outing). One of these people was person A who is the SIL of my BIL's friend person B (legitimate breeder, no puppy farms), and it wasn't the first time that this had happened to person C, unrelated. Maybe I should just LTB.

I felt that the exclusion was about a personality clash and the teacher has got it in for DS. He is a sweet boy despite being boistrous and a bit of a livewire (NT, but diagnoses welcome). But to be clear they have been parking there every single day at drop off. Engines running. And it's not ever their hedge.

If you think IABU I can add in a few more posts later about my MIL, finances, and a diagram done with a biro that nearly doesn't work.

For clarity we earn £100,000 each and can afford it.

AIBU?
(Only YANBU answers please)

Why were you all in her garden flouting the covid restrictions anyway? Hmm

LovesToBeInFrontOfTheCamera · 14/03/2021 15:05

Phone the police - use 999 for this one, don't mess around with 101.
Then straight to A&E. again it's too late for 111.
You're a terrible person for letting it get this far and then coming on to MN to ask for advice.

SilverDragonfly1 · 14/03/2021 15:05

Not at all unreasonable. You would also not be unreasonable to reply in single short sentences that only address the least important aspects or to be immediately aggressive towards anyone who asks a question you've secretly decided is unnecessary or personal. The more advice you get, the more you should keep repeating the same vague answer in slightly different words each time.

GreenWheat · 14/03/2021 15:06

No is a complete sentence. Give your head a wobble and block her.

Morred · 14/03/2021 15:08

All PP saying we’re in lockdown - the OP might not be in the UK!! Other countries are allowed to use the site???!!!

LAgeDeRaisin · 14/03/2021 15:09

We've weedkilled the side of the hedge that faces them and repainted our side green.

piglet81 · 14/03/2021 15:09

Be kind, OP.

Cheeseandlobster · 14/03/2021 15:09

You sound so precious. You knew what you were getting yourself into. Why did you have children with this man?

Oh and you need to cancel the cheque

JuniLoolaPalooza · 14/03/2021 15:09

I'm fumming on your behalf OP!! If it was me I'd punch their lights out! How old are you all though? What colour is the dog?

SelfMadeFantasist · 14/03/2021 15:10

Log it with the police. Then go NC, and seek counselling. You are obviously
FWIW when I had a similar problem but different (can’t go into detail as outing) I found that taking up a specific hobby helped enormously (sorry I can’t say what the hobby is as it would be super outing - think niche, requiring unusual equipment) as did a spa day with ten of my closest friends. Hope this helps. Flowers

countrygirl99 · 14/03/2021 15:10

Get penguin bollards and cancel the cheque

Sacreblue · 14/03/2021 15:10

Is this even real? I could’ve fed 3 more people with the hedge trimmings alone and still had enough left over for soup

SirVixofVixHall · 14/03/2021 15:10

Did you leave it out all night ? To get darked on ? Shock

SelfMadeFantasist · 14/03/2021 15:10

*you are obviously struggling

LadyMonicaBaddingham · 14/03/2021 15:11

That's ridiculous, OP, a roast chicken should last at least a fortnight and there's far too much sugar in fruit...

BabyBee93 · 14/03/2021 15:11

Seriously? I can get at least eight meals from one chicken.

krankykittykat · 14/03/2021 15:12

Your husband is clearly narcissistic and abusive because he said he didn't want to do something. Any male who shares a opinion with you is discriminating against you because you're female

scaredsadandstuck · 14/03/2021 15:12

Grim

CamborneMaid · 14/03/2021 15:12

Yanbu but don't be the first to text after your date..ever.

Whiskeyontherocks · 14/03/2021 15:12

I feel sorry for your children.

cricketmum84 · 14/03/2021 15:13

LTB definitely. And get those ducks in a row!

LAgeDeRaisin · 14/03/2021 15:14

Having them after the age of 25 is selfish because they'll and up carers age 9.

We really need a misleading, hard-to-understand diagram. Or a photo, preferably one that shows things in a very different light.

Have you tried a gratitude diary?

StormzyinaTCup · 14/03/2021 15:14

Get some penguin🐧 bollards - sorted 👍🏻

CallmeHendricks · 14/03/2021 15:15

What about Prince Andrew?
