How could that have prejudiced a trial?!

Anything that can sway opinion might prejudice a trial. Didn’t see the thread, but hard to imagine it didn’t contain such posts. Watch this TAAT disappear soon!

If you're referring to a suspect awaiting trial for a serious crime then the Press are only allowed to put the detail of any hearing. It's judged that to discuss possible evidence that will be given at trial publicly beforehand is prejudicial and any appeal by the defendant could result in that evidence being inadmissible.
