To ask when's the best time to get a cheap deal for Legoland?

Would love to treat the kids after the crapness of the last year. I'm thinking of taking them to Legoland and staying in the Lego hotel. Obviously, I won't be looking to do this til the summer when (hopefully) all restrictions are finished and they're off school.

I searched two random dates - one gave me a price of £1000 (!!!) the other, £500. Rather than me randomly trying different dates to see which gives the cheapest price, does anyone have any tips on the cheapest dates to visit? i.e. a Wednesday in July or something like that? Thank you.

Ok, may be not this year but can I suggest you consider LEGOLAND Denmark during spring half term?
We got flights from Stansted for buttons, and did Monday to Friday at the nearby holiday park. It's 10 mins by bus from the airport and a 2 minute walk to the gates. Lalandia. Did 2 days in the park. Went to Lego house which is fabulous. All empty cod mainland Europe doesn't do spring half term .
Take coats. Buy park tickets when you get there cos then you can choose your days based on the weather.
Food is expensive so self cater

@SpiderinaWingMirror

I was about to post the same - for around £1,000 the whole family could probably fly to Billund and visit the Danish version instead for a couple of days. Other than in July, when most of Scandinavia and northern Germany is on holiday, it is never really busy.

As well as Lalandia, there is a Legoland Hotel (obviously Lego-themed) and also Zleep Hotel. All are minutes from the airport and the park (the breakfast room at Zleep overlooks the runway so kids can watch the planes landing and taking off) and all are linked to the park by a shuttle bus.

Another recommendation for Denmark! We loved it. Lego House is fabulous, we whizzed round Legoland straight onto all the rides (it was so much quieter than the UK one), nice lunch in their hotel (not all you can eat as mentioned above, that must be a package thing!). Lalandia nearby is a great place to stay and has an indoor waterpark. We had three days in Billund and three in Copenhagen. Fantastic holiday, and flights and accommodation were well priced. It is expensive in Denmark other than that though, that was the only downside.

Loving the Denmark suggestion! I'll definitely look at that for next year.

All our inset days are tagged onto a school hols so that's probably not a great option, unfortunately.

I can't remember which date gave me a price of £950 - might have been a Friday in July?
