To ask about how to deal with this (boring) Harveys Furniture issue?

I have had my settee for about 18 months and just noticed it is coming apart at the seams. Not a massive issue at the moment, but it isn't going to get any better and would be hard to repair myself.
The problem is - it appears that Harveys has gone bust and are in the hands of the administrator, Price Waterhouse Cooper.
I haven't finished paying for it yet so I presume I have some leverage - but I have no idea! The company has been taken over and those people have undertaken to fulfil orders but I think my issue falls outside this.
Aibu to ask if anyone has any advice? I have emailed but can't actually find a person on the phone to speak to.

From the battle we are currently having to get a sofa sorted which we are still paying for which we had reports from before the administration to say it’s faulty then sadly I don’t think you are going to get far we are still going round in circles

There is a Facebook page called Harvey’s furniture problems where people may be able to point you in the right direction!

Thanks and commiserations. As we are both still paying I don't know if there's any mileage in trying to stop paying - probably illegal. I have found an insurance no but they're in training for an hour and a half. In the middle of a weekday. Ideal.

If you took out finance then I think your contract is with the finance company and not Harvey's. That certainly used to be the law. I'd suggest you contact citizen's advice.

My guarantee with Harveys was for 12 months OP.
