eBay question

Sorry not an aibu but just wondered if anyone knew the answer to this eBay question, I won an item on eBay, I didn’t pay instantly and I’ve gone back to pay now an hour later and the item is marked as paid (I definitely didn’t pay and the money hasn’t left my account) yet when I click on it it says pay now but won’t allow me to it just refreshes the page. Does anyone know why this would be happening? I need the item quick as it’s for a birthday so can’t really wait to speak to eBay.

The seller needs to un mark it as paid so you can pay
Message them now and hope they’re quick!

Ugh this is why I hate eBay and prefer buying in shops, I don’t know what’s happened and I hope they haven’t just taken the money out of my account without me actually paying as I don’t want to end up paying twice. Think I will probably just cancel the item.

There is an option where the seller can mark the item as paid. Maybe she's done this accidentally.

Message her and ask. She may be be aware she's ticked that box wrongly.

Then you can pay.

Why not just send her a message now? It's likely she'll read it before you call eBay tomorrow, it'll save you a job.

It can’t just take your money, it has to be done by you. They must have marked it as paid by accident
As soon as they in Mark it as paid you’ll be able to pay

That should say as soon as they ‘un mark’ it as paid

Ok thank you just worried about being scammed! Hear of it so much on eBay and it’s a phone so not cheap
