Stunning Summer Pedicure Colour - I want my toes to be admired!

AIBU to ask you to recommend the most beautiful nail varnish colour for a summer pedicure? Have you ever had a colour that got lots of compliments and everyone asked what it was or where you bought it? I am not bothered about fashions or trends and I don't want gels or anything tricky to do - just a good old fashioned bottle of nail varnish in an amazing colour!

I don't normally @Ileflottante but we're not living in a normal world so I thought I'd transform my minging feet into something spectacular!

I had a lovely bright orangey red last summer that got loads of compliments.

It was an OPI gel colour from the salon I go to though, so couldn't tell you what it's called.

I had a light blue gel on my toes all year and always got compliments on them.

I think blue colours were very popular last couple of years. Really like the gold. I usually go bold bright colours for toe nails, as I don’t normally do the same on finger nails.

I don't bother about fashion, and my favourite colours for toes are purples or bluey greens. I recently found a brand in Superdrug that has a selection of pastel two toned colours (Barry M?).

What's your skin colour/tone OP? If you have cool toned pale skin that mottles easily for example then some blues or lilacs will look awful...

I’m a classic red woman. It’s elegant and timeless.

I'm naturally pale but I get tanned feet in the summer so I think most colours would work. The reason I want a recommendation is that I usually stick with one colour for the whole summer and keep painting over the top of it so I want that one colour to be the best one!

Adding another recommendation for coral, my favourite summer colour and looks amazing with tanned feet. I have 3 or 4 different ones and they are all lush.
Rose gold is also very pretty if you want a more metallic effect.

I use either hot pink, bright yellow or coral - they are my 3 go to colours although I need to be a bit more tanned for the yellow otherwise it looks like fungus

Lilac with small white frenched tips looks lovely, OP, especially if the lilac isn’t totally opaque, so the tips are toned down by the lilac, but it depends on your skin tone really, Eg. I tried pale coral once and my feet looked like a corpse’s feet! Never again...
