I'm quite worried about money over the next few years. I'm not working and really need to find a job so we have two incomes. We rent in a very expensive city, I hope maybe we could buy our own place in a cheaper part of the world. When I think about it all, I get stressed about what could happen to us financially.

What do you think things will be like, what are your hopes?

I'm a bit worried, mostly just how grim it is going to be for my local area. My DH lost his income (covid-affected industry) but has a new job which will tide us over until his sector comes back.

The way covid has(n't) been handled in England has led us to start thinking seriously about relocating so I am job hunting. It'll be a wrench (I live in my home town) but maybe it'll end up being a good catalyst for me.

I'm just very sad about it all really, the UK has really been shown to be in a bit of a mess. Flowers for all dealing with fallout.

The start of my new business.
Dh business diversitised, dd back at school and with friends.
Seeing friends and family at every opportunity, not letting time go by.
Downsize from the long time family home to a cottage in the country.
Van repairs and travelling, working at festivals again. Enjoying the freedom we have, and not taking it for granted.

If this sounds smug, I apologise. We lost 70% of our income in a couple of hours of lockdown being announced. I'm on tablets to help keep me positive, they seem to be working Grin
