To ask when we are likely to know how they are going to assess A levels this year?

Just that really... keep hearing rumours... so tough on our kids... When will they and schools know the full story?

Yep Thursday. There was a leak today saying results day will be in August not July as previously suggested so hold off booking any holidays.

Williamson is supposed to be making a statement to Parliament on Thursday - I have no idea if this is focused on return arrangements or the outcome of consultation re alternative assessment in lieu of the national exams.

No doubt the vast majority of his chunter will be how important being in school is for children & how this is a Government priority whilst being scant on detail leaving schools to sort it out.
