To be mean about Peppa Pig

Is it just me or do others think Peppa Pig is just a rude, stroppy, arrogant little pig? I find myself muttering insults under my breath when it's on...anyone else? Lighthearted!

@Myturntobringthemilk - now Maggie & The Ferocious Beast was great. As was Wow Wow Wubbzy. We got friends in America to send us Beast & Wubbzy toys for DS.

An acquaintance of mine's 1 year old daughter has taken to poking her dad in the stomach and shouting pig.

I admit I do enjoy watching Hey Duggee. The mice crack me up. Cool little dudes.

@iklboo yes my DS loved Wubbzy! Infact he came across an old dvd of it we had recently and was disappointed we could no longer play it as we dont have a multi dvd player anymore lol. Good memories :)

I do hate Peppa. Granny and Grandad Pig are really horrible to Daddy Pig, aren't they? Clearly they are Rather Better Off than Mummy and Daddy Pig. I like to think Daddy Pig's parents don't appear because they are somewhat younger than Mummy Pig's parents and therefore haven't retired yet. I reckon they're proud of Daddy Pig and his work in concrete, but quietly believe he could do with making his daughter mind her manners a bit.

I think Grandpa Pig offered to pay for the wedding and then made rude remarks about Daddy Pig's Dad's job, and it's all been very tense since.

Banned it here. We told DD that peppa gets to take a turn at everyone's house and she's had her turn here a one we don't have that channel anymore. Blocked it on Netflix. Fuck that! Suzy Sheep is a nasty piece of work as well. Frenemy for life in that one.
