Civil services interview

I have applied for MD jobs and my scores are 4 and 5, therefore I have been selected for 4 interviews. On my 1st interview I have been put on reserve list but for the other 3 although using the same example as my application I have been scored 3 and 4 therefore unsuccessful. Does someone have any tips on how to improve in the interview please? Many thanks

Depends on the Strength based questions asked as they are designed to get a real time response that isnt pre-written/prepared.

No way anyone can prep you for that when no one knows what you will be asked.
