Would like a bit of advice/opinions...my daughter lives with her father and there is a CAO in place for her to see me at specific times however my ex contacted me to say that due to specific issues unfortunately whilst covid restrictions are in place the usual arrangements need to change and I can see her any day but it has to be outside; I’m debating whether to return to court to ask them to enforce the order or whether to just accept it as he stated it is only temporary whilst the rules are in place
